Registration fees include all Canadian taxes. Checks are payable to Run Quebec City. Visa or MasterCard are also accepted.
IMPORTANT : Please note that the date your check can be cashed is considered to be the registration date.
Starting April 28th, 2014, payment must be made in cash (CAN or US $) only .
A $10 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
Entry fees are not refundable, no matter the reason. Also, in case of an emergency such as, but not limited to, severe weather or threat of terrorism, the Oasis International Half Marathon’s team, in accordance with the city officials and the law enforcement, have the authority to cancel any of the events. If this situation happens, refunds wouldn’t be provided as funds would already have been spent for the preparation of the event.

There is a shuttle to get to the starting lines.
On Sunday, be sure to arrive early, especially if you want to register.
Registered runners may change races up until Wednesday, April 30th, if bibs are still available. A fee of $10 (CDN) applies. To do so call the office. You will be asked to send a written request (mail or email).
Starting May 1st, changing event will take place at Bib pick-up until 7 am, May 4th, depending on bibs availability.
For the Oasis International Half-Marathon, the last day to ask for a transfer is April 16th 2014. CLICK HERE if you wish to transfer your registration to another person.
Our policy is two prong:

Entry fees are based on services provided rather than on kilometers covered, or on how they are covered (running or walking). The same fees apply for all participants because we offer the same services to each an every participant regardless of the distance covered.
Fairness for all participants
The majority of costs for organizing an event involves goods or services that are needed for all participants. For example, timekeeping, transportation, the public address system, security, the tents and other equipment at the finish line, the entry forms, the website, posters, promotion and the like.
It seems only fair to ask each participant to pay equal share of these expenses, since they are for the good of all and for the success of the event regardless of the distance each individual covers.
Therefore, at the Oasis International Half-Marathon, if you run or walk the Half-Marathon (21.1K), the 10K Race or the 5K Race, entry fees are the same for everyone.
The Entry & Bib Confirmation data is available only 8 to 10 days after you have done your Online registration.
