Registration fees include all Canadian taxes. Checks are payable to Run Quebec City. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.
IMPORTANT : the date your check can be cashed is considered to be the registration date.
Starting July 7th 2014, payment must be made in cash or by credit card Visa or MasterCard.
A $10 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
Entry fees are not refundable, no matter the reason. Also, in case of an emergency such as, but not limited to, severe weather or threat of terrorism, the Desjardins Ladies Challenge team, in accordance with the city officials and the law enforcement, have the authority to cancel any of the events. In such case, the registration fees would still be not refundable.

Registered participants may change event up until Sunday, July 13th 2014, 7 am, if bibs are still available. A $10 fee (CDN) applies. Until Wednesday, July 10th, call at the office at 418-694-4442.
From July 10th, changes will be done only at bib pick-up, depending on bibs availability.
A registration may be transferred from a registered person to an unregistered person.

Our policy is two prong:
Services provided – « The same fee for the same service! »
Entry fees are based on services provided rather than on kilometers covered, or on how they are covered (running or walking). The same fees apply for all participants because we offer the same services to each an every participant regardless of the distance covered.
Fairness for all participants
The majority of costs for organizing an event involve goods or services that are needed for all participants. For example, timekeeping, transportation, the public address system, security, the tents and other equipment at the finish line, the entry forms, the website, posters, promotion and the like.
It seems only fair to ask each participant to pay equal share of these expenses, since they are for the good of all and for the success of the event regardless of the distance each individual covers.
Therefore, at the Desjardins Ladies Challenge, if you run or walk the Oasis 10K or the 5K, entry fees are the same for everyone.
