IMPORTANT : Please note that the date your check can be cashed is considered to be the registration date.
A $10 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
Accepted Credit Card are Visa and MasterCard.
IMPORTANT: Entry fees are NOT REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE DEFERED to another year, no matter the reason. Also in case of an emergency such as, but not limited to, severe weather or threat of terrorism, the Quebec City Marathon’s team, in accordance with the city officials and the law enforcement, have the authority to cancel any of the events. If this situation happens, refunds wouldn’t be provided as funds would already have been spent for the preparation of the event. Also there will be NO bib pick-up on Sunday the day of the races.

There are 3 ways to register:
1- Online Registration
Open until Tuesday, August 25th, at Midnight. It will be closed on Wednesday.
Online transaction fees will apply.
2- Registration by Mail

3- Last Minute Registration
If bibs are still available, registration will be possible at the Sports and Fitness Expo
Registered runners may change race or corral if bibs are still available. A fee of $10 (CDN) applies.
Until Thursday, August 13th, 4 pm, call the office. You will be asked to email a written request.
Starting Friday, August 14th, changing race or corrals will take place at the Sports and Fitness Expo, depending on bibs availability.
NO BIB will be given out, NO REGISTRATION and NO CHANGING RACE
will be accepted THE DAY OF THE RACE, on Sunday, August 30th.
For the SSQ Quebec City Marathon, the last day to ask for a transfer is Thursday, August 13th, 2015, at 4 pm. CLICK HERE if you wish to transfer your registration to another person.

Entry fees are based on services provided rather than on kilometers covered, or on how they are covered (running or walking). The same fees apply for all participants because we offer the same services to each and every participant regardless of the distance covered.
Fairness for all participants
The majority of costs for organizing an event involves goods or services that are needed for all participants. For example, timekeeping, transportation, the public address system, security, the tents and other equipment at the finish line, the entry forms, the website, posters, promotion and the like.
It seems only fair to ask each participant to pay equal share of these expenses, since they are for the good of all and for the success of the event regardless of the distance each individual covers.
Therefore, at the SSQ Quebec City Marathon, if you run or walk the Marathon (42.2K) or the Half-Marathon (21.1K) or the Oasis 10K Race, entry fees are the same for everyone.
The Entry & Bib Confirmation data is available only 8 to 10 days after you have done your Online registration.
IMPORTANT: If you don’t have the initial Entry Confirmation that you received when you registered, you must print the confirmation from this module. You will need it to pick-up your bib.
The Entry & Bib confirmation process is done in two steps: Search & Identify.
