You are again invited to this unique event. In this 19 kilometers course, participants will take all the staircases that connect the Upper and the Lower town of Quebec City, alternately going up and down about 30 staircases for a total of more than 3 000 stairs.
This timed challenge is "against the clock", so all participants are starting 5 seconds away from each others.
A 13 kilometers course is also offered.
For the Super Challenge there are 3 competitions in 1:
• The best performance
• The best climber (men & women)

Start and Finish site Location
|

The morning of the race, at 6:30 am, participants are invited
to the Bois de Coulonge Park, behind the main building. It is where the start and finish line is. The Post Race Brunch will be served under the marquee.

| Parking |
In the evening and on weekends, it is possible to park for free in many of the streets surrounding the area. However, make sure to look for the parking information on each side of the streets. |

| Personal Belongings |
At the site, participants will be able to leave their personal
belongings in a small bag. This bag must be clearly identified using
the coupon given with the bib number. Bags must be picked-up by 1 pm. |
