The ChampionChip system will
be used for all the events, except for the Health 5K. The ChampionChip system consists of an electronic timing device that
is fixed to the participant's shoelaces and permits clocking the
running time of each participant.
For those who do not have their
own timing chip, the SSQ Quebec City Marathon will provide you with
one at the same time as you receive your bib number. You are
requested to return the chip at the finish line. For those who do
not complete the race, you must return your chip at the entrance of
the shuttle service taking you to the finish line. |
 |

|
No chip, No medal!
No
chip, No time!
An amount of $40 will be invoiced to you if you do not return the
timing chip at the end of your race. |

|
| Pace Bunnies |

bunnies at the Marathon and at the Half-Marathon. |
