On the course, yellow markers will be set out on the right
side of the street, in descending order, to indicate every kilometer.
Red markers will also be place on the right side of the road, in ascending order, to indicate every 5 miles. |

Time limit is as follow : |

Run : 5 h 45 (that is a maximum of 8 min. per kilometre or 13
min. per mile)
Walk or slow run : 7 h (that is a maximum of 10 min. per
kilometre or 16 min. per mile) |
