You are again invited to this unique event. In this 19K course, participants will take all the staircases that connect the Upper and the Lower town of Quebec City, alternately going up and down about 30 staircases for a total of more than 3,000 steps.
A 13K course of 1,925 steps is also offered.

The morning of the race, at 6:30 am, participants are invited to the Bois-de-Coulonge Park, behind the main building. It is where the start and finish line is. The Post Race Brunch will be served near the marquee.
